Each round produced by The Black Butterfly Ammunition Company is hand manufactured and individually inspected by a loading expert to insure that we produce the finest quality ammunition available. This includes visual inspections and appropriate case gauge testing of each round produced. In addition, we randomly sample and shoot our production loads at our onsite range, this way we can ensure it will meet our stringent requirements and will function properly in your firearm.

Our loading and manufacturing expertise comes from years of hands on manufacturing and production experience with industry leaders like Colt Manufacturing Company, Kahr Arms and aerospace and defense giant, Esign-Bickford.

The Black Butterfly Ammunition Company warrants the original consumer purchase for 1 year from the date of purchase. At our discretion, we will replace or refund the original purchase price provided a proper proof of purchase is submitted. Our warranty will be free of charge except for any shipping charges that might be incurred by the customer to return their product to our facility. Of course, this warranty does not cover product abuse such as neglect, reloading, and or any other issues caused by improper handling.

Black Butterfly Ammunition, Premium .450 BUSHMASTER, 350 gr, Maker Bullets-EXPANDING COPPER SUBSONIC "BUZZ SAW" (for 1/24 Twists)

This round is recommended for hunting and self defense purposes. This projectile was designed specifically for the 450 Bushmaster. Instead of mushrooming or coming apart on impact, these hollow points are designed to "bloom" and open three razor sharp petals which "chop" their way through the target as the projectile rotates. This helps to dump a massive amount of energy on impact and reduce over penetration or "pass through" especially on light big game animals like deer when hit in the rib cage area. This load runs at AMV of 1045 FPS and is very smooth to shoot due to the fact is is not over loaded to hit a high speed. If you are looking for speed then take a look at our "Screamer" round. Like all of our .450 Bushmaster loads this round employs a heavy dual crimp for use in AR platforms. This helps to reduce the bullet jump 450 Bushmaster taper crimps are known for when cycled in ARs. This round will also function bolt action rifles.

This round has been tested been independently tested in the following rifles and has achieved accuracy of 1" at 100 yards:

• This product has been tested SAAMI spec rifle made for with a 1/24 twist. If you have a faster twist, we recommend you purchase a sample pack to confirm it will stabilize in your rifle or purchase our 1/16 twist version.
